- Your application is by far the most important step to getting in the guild. If you do not spend very much time on your application, we won't spend much (or any) on you. One word replies and bare-minimum responses for important questions are not going to give us a favorable opinion of you.
We are currently 12/12 ICC hard modes. If you do not have appropriate gear for current content, we can not take you at this time. If you do not have appropriate raiding experience, (see: multiple heroic kills in a 25 man raid), we can not take you at this time. We will also expect your gear to have the best possible enchants and correct gemming, and you to have appropriate knowledge of all encounters.
With dual specialization in the game it is VERY beneficial for your application to be able to play two different specs at a very high level.
You must have two professions that are at least above 400 skill and are raid-appropriate for your class and main spec.
ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FOR YOURSELF BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR APPLICATION
You need not include these questions in your application, but if you cannot answer "yes" to the following questions you may wish to reconsider submitting an application. These expectations should be a given for all raiders applying to Casual, and if you cannot reply with a "yes" to all of them, (or at least provide an excellent reason for your "no") you will likely not be considered for a trial. To put it plainly, these things are the bare minimum, and realistically these questions shouldn't even need to be asked.
Pre-application Checklist:
1. Do you have two raiding professions that have been leveled to an appropriate point?
2. Is your gear enchanted and gemmed properly?
3. If you are not a scribe, do you have Sons of Hodir reputation leveled to exalted?
4. Is your spec well-researched, does it reflect a good knowledge of your class, and does it make sense for your role in a PvE raid?
5. Do you have appropriate raid experience for our progression level? (If you don't, you'll want to provide good reasons why you don't, and why you think we should consider you anyway).
6. If you are asked questions about your spec/gemming/enchanting choices and/or have additional information requested about your raid experience, will you be able to answer?
If you have read and understand these questions and expectations and still wish to apply, please copy and use the application format from the other announcement thread on these forums.
